Returns & Cancellations Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The National Piping Centre Ltd. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.

Cancelling Your Order

Under UK Consumer Contract Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To cancel, please email shop@thepipingcentre.co.uk, quoting your order number.
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

If your order has already been processed, you will need to return the items to us—please see the Returns section below for details.

Returns

If your purchase isn’t suitable, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging (where possible), and in a resaleable condition.

To arrange a return, please email us at shop@thepipingcentre.co.uk, letting us know your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

When returning goods, we recommend using registered post or a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different size), you will be responsible for any additional postage costs incurred.

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

For hygiene and copyright reasons, we are unable to accept returns of the following once opened or unsealed:

• Computer software

• Piper hose socks

• Practice or pipe chanter reeds

Refunds

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and always to the original payment method.
We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days of receiving your returned goods.

If your return is due to incorrect ordering or other reasons not related to an error on our part, you will be responsible for the return postage costs.
